Rental Rates:  Las Palomas Resort sets al of the rental rates for the resort, giving owners the lowest allowed minimal rates. Taxes are additional and a two night minimum stay is required

There are 3 Rates:                                                                              Nightly Rates

Winter: (December 1 - February 28)                                                          $850.00 / Night
 

High Season:  (March 1 - November 30)                                                    $850.00 Mid Week / Night     $1000.00 Weekend / Night
      

Holidays: (Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th , Labor Day)                             $1100.00 Weekend / Night

Winter Rates apply to all 7 days of the week.

High Season Rates are higher for Friday / Saturday than mid-week

Holiday rates are even higher for the Friday / Saturday nights.

We will quote you the exact price for your particular dates that you request.  You will make payment directly to the resort, we do not directly collect any monies.  They will charge a 50% deposit for your reservation and collect the balance on arrival.
